Empire has been in business since 1970, serving Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky since 1980. We are licensed by the State of Tennessee as a Locksmith company. All of our team members are Licensed locksmiths or licensed locksmith apprentices. Our owner Jayson Wolbert is approved by the State of Tennessee to instruct locksmithing classes. He also Owns the Tennessee locksmith school, and has a Locksmith Startup program to help entrepreneurs start their own profitable locksmith company. Jayson is also a "Monster Certified" Business Coach he coaches small business owners across the nation. We are proud of our team members for being involved in ongoing education to keep up with the ever advanced locksmith industry. This allows us to provide our customers with quality in all of their security needs.We have recently added a customer service department. Ronica Wolbert runs the customer service department and
ensures your call is answered by a real live member of our team, even after normal business hours our on call technician will let you know right away if you're within our coverage area for an emergency lockout. Before buying the failing locksmith company from his Dad, Jayson tried to work with the Tennessee Titans, it just wasn't happening.
After turning the business around, the Tennessee Titans started looking for a company to assist the Fans, Players, and Staff at Nissan Stadium, just before the 2015 season the Titans reached out to Jayson.
At EVERY home game or large event you will see a few Empire team members ready to help if there is an emergency.
